Cooking the liver:
Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and heat. Cut onions in half rings and fry in the frying pan until soft.
Remove the film from the liver, veins, cut into small pieces. Add liver to soft onions in the frying pan.
Sprinkle the liver with cumin, paprika and coriander, mix and fry.
