Ingredients for Huber Sandwiches:
- herring fillet – 2 pcs;
- mayonnaise – tbsp;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- dill – a bunch;
- black bread – 4 slices;
- mustard in grains – 4 tsp.
Preparation of Huber sandwiches:
Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel. Remove the crusts from the bread, dry it on a dry frying pan until brown.
Chop eggs on a coarse grater, chop dill. Combine the chopped products, dress with mayonnaise and mix well.
Lubricate the bread slices with the egg mixture, put a layer of mustard on top.
Cut herring into portioned pieces, put it on the mustard layer.
