Since childhood, we are familiar with semolina porridge. Those who fell in love with it, to this day can eat the dish for breakfast with pleasure. This attitude to the product was formed only in our country, other peoples eat the product much less often.

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of ground beef;
- 2 eggs;
- 4 tablespoons semolina;
- 4 tablespoons of oat flakes;
- 250 ml kefir;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 garlic clove;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
Preparation:
We take a deep bowl, send semolina into it. Then add oat flakes. Pour in 250 ml of kefir. Stir and leave the mixture of ingredients for 20 minutes, previously covered with a lid.
Pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into the frying pan

Send finely chopped onions and coarsely grated carrots to fry. Cook the ingredients until soft. Let the vegetables cool down.
Return to semolina and oatmeal, they have already swollen. Add 500 grams of ground beef, as well as vegetables prepared in the pan. Break two eggs in a bowl and grate one clove of garlic. Salt, add pepper to taste. Mix the ingredients with a spoon
. Fill the frying pan abundantly with vegetable oil, use a spoon to take a small amount of minced meat, forming a cutlet.
Send it to fry on both sides until golden color.
