. However, in addition to these meat pies, we have many other interesting recipes for baked goods. We want to tell you about the dough for pirozhki, which does not absorb vegetable oil.

Ingredients for carrot pies:

  • egg – pcs;
  • butter – 20 g;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • lemon juice – 3 tablespoons;
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp;
  • walnuts – a handful;
  • kefir – 500 ml;
  • apples – 2 pcs;
  • soda – tsp;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp;
  • flour – 650 g;
  • carrots – 400 g.

Preparation of carrot cakes:

In a bowl, combine egg with sour cream, salt and kefir at room temperature. Mix the bulk products – flour and baking soda. Gradually add flour to the mass with kefir, knead the dough.

As a result of kneading you should get a soft, slightly sticky dough.

Wrap the dough in foil and wait until it rises in the heat – about 20 minutes.

small cubes and mix with green onions.

Divide the prepared dough into small rolls – 50 grams each. Turn the rolls into tortillas with your hands and place the egg or carrot filling in them.
