Do you love pizza? It is one of the best-selling Italian dishes in the history of mankind. However, Italy does not owe this to its chefs. The fact that pizza was put on a pedestal of success by the Americans.

Let’s prepare a 4 cheese pizza on our own.
Dough ingredients:
- Warm water – 300 g;
- Dry yeast – 7 g;
- Flour – 500 g;
- Salt – 5 g;
- Olive oil – 20 g.
Ingredients for the filling:
- Olive oil – 15 g;
- Basil – 3 g;
- Mozzarella cheese – 300 g;
- Emmental cheese – 300 g;
- Gorgonzola cheese – 150 g;
- Parmesan cheese – 150 g.
Preparation:
Pour flour on the table, in the middle make a depression, where we pour warm water and pour in yeast and salt. Mix the ingredients in the hollow with your hand and knead the dough
. Pour vegetable oil into the dough and continue kneading. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and leave under cellophane for an hour.
Grate mozzarella on a coarse grater and Parmesan on a fine grater. Cut the gorgonzola and emmental
into
small pieces.
Stretch the dough into a thin-bottomed flatbread with sides. Sprinkle the table with flour beforehand. Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the rolls.
Grease the bottom with vegetable oil and sprinkle with basil. Pour on each pizza first mozzarella, then pinch off small pieces of gorgonzola and emmental. Finally sprinkle the pizza with parmesan.
Bake the pizzas at 250 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
