Ingredients for salad “Cloud”:
- smoked chicken – 300 g;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- potatoes – 2 pcs;
- melted cheese – 2 pcs;
- green onions – a bunch;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- mayonnaise – tsp.
Preparation of salad “Cloud”:
Boil to readiness potatoes and eggs, cool and peel. In a salad bowl shred potatoes on a coarse grater, lay out an even layer. Salt and smear the potato layer with mayonnaise.
Cut smoked chicken into small cubes and put it on the potato layer. Create a mesh of mayonnaise on the chicken layer.
Chop green onions finely and sprinkle on the surface of the meat layer. Separate yolks from whites, grate yolks on a fine grater on the meat layer.
