Ingredients for vegetable salad with chicken:
- chicken breast – 2 pcs;
- salt – ¾ tsp;
- ginger powder – ⅓ tsp;
- sweet paprika – tsp;
- dried garlic – ¾ tsp;
- ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- cabbage – ½ pcs;
- red pepper – pcs;
- cucumbers – 2 pcs;
- mozzarella – 125 g;
- canned corn – 280 g;
- natural yogurt – 3 tablespoons;
- mayonnaise – tbsp;
- ketchup – tbsp.
Preparation of vegetable salad with chicken:
Chicken breast should be cut into small thin slices. Pour salt, ginger powder, sweet paprika, dry garlic, ground black pepper to the breast. Pour vegetable oil over the meat, mix with the spices
and fry the chicken in a frying pan over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes. While the breast cools, you need to chop cabbage, dice red pepper and mozzarella. Peel
cucumbers from the peel and cut into half rings. In a bowl combine cabbage, red pepper, mozzarella, roasted meat, corn and cucumbers.
