You should not refuse beets in salads, since it contains many useful components. Beets can be combined with a large number of ingredients. For this reason, this vegetable will not get bored for a long time.

Ingredients for beet salad:
- beets – 800 g;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- pickled cucumbers – 3 pieces;
- brine from cucumbers – 100 ml;
- garlic – 1 clove;
- salt – ⅓ tsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
Grate peeled beets on a Korean grater. Cut onions into half rings, cut pickles into small bars.
In a deep pan fry onions in vegetable oil until soft.
Add beets
to onions and stew for 7 minutes under a lid
. Add cucumbers and brine to beets, continue to stew for 3 minutes under a lid.
Put a garlic clove through a press, salt and stir into the mixture

Stew the beets for a couple minutes.
As a result, we have a simple salad of beets with pickles.
For a more varied flavor, you can add a pinch of ground black pepper.
