Therefore, it is worth arming yourself with a few simple variants of appetizer salads for everyday lunch and dinner.

You should not refuse beets in salads, since it contains many useful components. Beets can be combined with a large number of ingredients. For this reason, this vegetable will not get bored for a long time.

Ingredients for beet salad:

  • beets – 800 g;
  • onion – 2 pcs;
  • pickled cucumbers – 3 pieces;
  • brine from cucumbers – 100 ml;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • salt – ⅓ tsp.

Preparation of beet salad:

Grate peeled beets on a Korean grater. Cut onions into half rings, cut pickles into small bars.

In a deep pan fry onions in vegetable oil until soft.

Add beets
