. There are a lot of dishes similar to cutlets, for example, schnitzels, chops, steaks, etc. Let’s cook our version from minced meat.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 80 g;
  • kefir – 150 ml;
  • minced meat – 300 gr;
  • onion – pcs;
  • egg – pcs;
  • baking soda – tsp;
  • sugar – tsp;
  • salt;
  • paprika;
  • vegetable oil.

Preparation:

In a large container pour kefir.

Add

one teaspoon of baking soda, stir with a spatula.

Add 300 grams of minced meat and minced onion through a meat grinder. Break one hen’s egg in a bowl.

Do not forget to add one teaspoon of sugar. Then add spices, such as: salt, paprika and your favorite. Stir the ingredients until homogeneous. Pour in 80 grams of flour and stir.

Pour vegetable oil into the skillet. Spread one tablespoon of the prepared mixture. Place the products on the surface so that they do not touch each other. Set a low heat and cover with a lid. Cook like this for a while, and then turn over.
