- fish – 2 pcs;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- carrot – 1 pc;
- zucchini – ½ pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- smoked paprika – 1 tsp;
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp;
- lemon pepper – 1 tsp;
- vegetable oil – 4 tbsp;
- dried garlic – 1 tsp;
- tomato sauce – 1 tbsp.
Cooking fish with vegetables:
Clean the fish from the insides, head and tail, cut into portioned pieces. Rinse the fish, sprinkle with salt, smoked paprika, Italian herbs and lemon pepper.
Drizzle the fish with vegetable oil, smear with spices on both sides. While the fish is marinating, cut onions into half rings, grate peeled carrots on a coarse grater.
In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry onions and carrots until soft. Grate zucchini on a coarse grater – peeled or not.
Put the zucchini to the fried onions and carrots, salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce, dried garlic and mix.
