  • Curd – 180 g;
  • Egg – 1 piece;
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml;
  • Sugar – 130 g;
  • Flour – 300 g;
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp;
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp;
  • Apple – 200 g.

Egg beat with a whisk, together with vegetable oil and sugar (80 grams) add to cottage cheese, mix. Pour baking powder to the flour, mix. Then gradually pour into the dough.
