Now it is impossible to find a restaurant or cafe that would not offer dishes with avocado. This fruit has so flooded our market that it is impossible to imagine our world without this fruit.
Of course, such a trade picture was not always appropriate. In the XX century, only rich people and chefs knew about avocados. They cooked dishes from the vegetable in elite restaurants, where they told about this fruit in detail. With the arrival on the general market, avocado is no longer something exotic. In the XXI century, the vegetable has become so ingrained in the consumer basket of ordinary people that it has become almost a “relative” of the potato.
With the strong popularity of avocado, sometimes the question arises what to combine it with? We found one interesting recipe for salad with avocado.
Ingredients for avocado salad:
- avocado – 3 pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- sour cream – 3 tbsp;
- red onion – ½ pcs;
- lemon juice – a tbsp;
- garlic – 2 cloves.
Preparation of salad with avocado:
Boil hard-boiled eggs, after cooling, cut into small cubes. Cut quarter rings onion, chop garlic cloves through a grater
. All the cut components put in a common bowl. Remove the avocado from the peel and seed, cut into a square of medium size.
Integrate the avocado into the salad, pour lemon juice. Fill the salad with sour cream, salt to taste, mix all the ingredients together.

This salad can be eaten separately or spread on slices of bread.
