Let’s prepare a juicy baked pollock
.
Ingredients:
- Pollock – 1 kg;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Black pepper – a pinch;
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- Onion – 3 pcs;
- Carrots – 3 pcs;
- Vegetable oil;
- Ketchup – 2 tbsp;
- Cheese – 100 g.
Cooking baked pollock:
Cleaned fish cut lengthwise and remove the backbone. Cut pollock into small pieces, salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise.
Marinate the pollock under a lid for 20 minutes. At this time, cut quarter rings onions, fry until soft in vegetable oil.
Grate carrots on a coarse grater and add to the onions

Lubricate the vegetable roast with ketchup, divide it into two parts.
