I cook zucchini only this way: I don’t stand at the stove and the oil doesn’t splash. Recipe with minced meat, cheese and tomatoes

Zucchini is a seasonal vegetable, so many people use it in their dishes only in a certain period, but this is not quite right. After all, this vegetable has medicinal properties. Another of its distinctive properties can be called that it gives a sense of satiety and at the same time is a dietary product. Doctors recommend introducing zucchini into the diet with edema and slagging of the body. And we will tell you what you can cook from it.

Ingredients for zucchini in the oven:

  • Zucchini – 1 kg;
  • Beef – 200 g;
  • Pork – 150 g;
  • Onion – 50 g;
  • Garlic – 20 g;
  • Salt, pepper – to taste;
  • Tomato – 300 g;
  • Cheese – 200 g;
  • Sour cream – 200 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 5 g;
  • Herbs – to taste.

Cooking zucchini with minced meat in the oven:

Garlic with all the meat should be passed through a meat grinder. Cut zucchini into fairly thick rings and cut out the middle with a knife. Tomato cut into thin rings, onion into a small cube.

Zucchini hearts are also put through a meat grinder and added to the minced meat with salt and pepper, bring the mince to homogeneity.

For the sauce in a separate container mix herbs, sour cream, cheese and garlic clove, grated on a fine grater
