Ingredients for baked chicken:
- boiling water – 100 ml;
- oregano pepper – 2 pcs;
- bay leaf;
- salt – 1.5 tsp;
- chicken – carcass;
- paprika – tsp;
- dried garlic – tsp;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of baked chicken:
In a bowl of boiling water, mix the oregano pepper, bay leaf and a spoonful of salt, leave for 10 minutes. Remove the wing tips and tailbone from the chicken, cover with cellophane, batter with a hammer.
Mix in a bowl paprika with dried garlic and vegetable oil. Place chicken in a baking dish and coat with the paprika and dried garlic mixture.
Pour cooled boiling water into a syringe, inject the marinade into the chicken.
Bake the meat at 180 degrees for an hour.
