Ingredients for the soup:
- Chicken fillet – 2 pcs;
- Potatoes – 3 pcs;
- Carrots – 1 pc;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Dill – a couple of sprigs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Laurel leaf – 1 pc.
Ingredients for cheese balls:
- Cheese – 100 g;
- Butter – 20 g;
- Eggs – 1 pc;
- Flour – 100 g;
- Dill – a couple of sprigs;
- Salt – a pinch.
Preparation of soup with cheese balls:
Cut into small pieces of chicken fillet, boil until ready in a saucepan. Foam from the surface of the broth must be removed with a skimmer.
On the onion make a deep cross-shaped cut. On half a carrot make a similar cut, drop the vegetables into the broth and continue to cook the meat with them. Do
not forget to salt the broth, cook under a lid on a low-medium heat. For the balls, grate cheese on a coarse grater, chop dill to it.
Break an egg to the cheese, add soft butter, salt. Pour the flour to the cheese, knead the dough. Leave it under cling film in the refrigerator for a couple of minutes.
Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes and send them to the soup after 20 minutes of cooking. After 10 minutes of cooking potatoes, you can start molding cheese balls.
Put the balls in a pot with soup

Grate the remaining half of the carrot on a fine grater, put it into the soup 7 minutes after the balls are sent there.
Salt the soup, add a bay leaf

Shinkuem dill, pour it into the soup after we take out the cooked onions and half of the carrots. Boil the soup for another 5 minutes.
