Adzhika is added to many dishes. Let’s tell you how to make tomatoes with adzhika.
Ingredients for tomatoes with ajika:
- tomatoes – 800 g;
- bell pepper – 200 g;
- hot pepper – 1 pc;
- garlic – 1 head;
- sugar – 3 tbsp;
- salt – 1.5 tablespoons;
- 9% vinegar – 1 tbsp;
- ground black pepper – 1 tbsp.
Preparation of tomatoes with ajika:
Sterilize jars and lids for marinating. Rinse under water tomatoes, garlic head and pepper. Remove the garlic cloves from the peel, and the pepper from the insides
. Cut tomatoes, hot peppers and bell peppers into large slices. In a meat grinder grind tomatoes, hot and sweet peppers, garlic. Pour into a pot with vegetable mass sugar and salt.
On medium heat cook the mixture until boiling. Cover the ajika with a lid and cook for 20 minutes. Then add vinegar and ground black pepper to the ajika, stir.
At this time, in sterilized jars send as many tomatoes as fit inside.
Pour boiling water
into the jars
and leave tomatoes under open lids for 15 minutes

Turn the jars upside down.
Leave the tomatoes to cool down completely. You get excellent tomatoes in ajika, which can be added to almost any dish.
