Ingredients for baked pollock:
- pollock – 2 pcs;
- salt – tsp;
- black pepper – a pinch;
- dill – a bunch;
- sour cream – 300 g;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- pickled cucumbers – 3 pcs.
Preparation of baked pollock:
Cleaned pollock rinse and divide into small cross-sectional pieces. Mix pollock with salt and black pepper, marinate for 5-7 minutes.
Chop dill finely and mix it with sour cream. Pass garlic cloves through a press into the sour cream, grate pickled cucumbers, mix.
