Zucchini is low in calories and also easy to digest. This is one of the reasons why people on a diet often use zucchini in their recipes. The vegetable also boasts a high content of vitamins and minerals.
In cooking, many uses have been found for this product. You can cook it in different ways: fry, stew, bake, boil. However, whatever the method of preparation, it always turns out hearty and appetizing.
Here is one of the recipes in which we use zucchini

Ingredients:
- Zucchini – 2-3 pieces;
- Salt – 0.5 tsp;
- Ground black pepper;
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp;
- Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- Cottage cheese – 200 g;
- Cheese – 150 g;
- Egg – 1 piece;
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves;
- Salt – 1 pinch.
Preparation of zucchini with cottage cheese:
Young zucchini cut lengthwise into thin layers.

Then sprinkle with a little salt and pepper to taste.
Water the zucchini with vegetable oil. Use a brush to spread the oil evenly over the zucchini. Send to the oven, heated to 200 degrees Celsius, for 20 minutes.
For the filling, put cottage cheese in a deep bowl and beat one egg to it. Add two pinches of salt and two cloves of garlic.
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Combine 100 grams of grated cheese with the rest of the products, and set aside 50 grams.

Take a baking mold and smear the bottom with tomato sauce. Take the
zucchini out of the oven. Put one tablespoon of stuffing on the edge of the plate.
Wrap into a roll. Put the products on the prepared mold. The
rest of the tomato sauce lightly smear the products on top. For a crispy crust, sprinkle the pieces with grated cheese.
Send to an oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
