Ingredients:

  • Peppers – 7 pcs;
  • Carrots – 1 pcs;
  • Onion – 1 pc;
  • Zucchini – 1 pc;
  • Garlic – 1 clove;
  • Stuffing – 600 g;
  • Tomato juice – 500 ml;
  • Sugar – 1/3 tsp;
  • Salt – ½ tsp;
  • Laurel leaf – 1 piece.

Preparation of stuffed peppers:

Dice the onion into small cubes, grate carrots on a coarse grater. Fry onions and carrots in a frying pan in vegetable oil.

Grate zucchini into the stuffing, put the fried vegetables in the same place. Crush and finely chop garlic, add it to the mince along with salt.

Mix all the ingredients in the mince. Cut off the tops of the peppers and remove the contents, keeping the integrity of the vegetable.

Put the stuffing in each pepper. Make the sauce from tomato juice sprinkled with sugar.
