Ingredients for chicken fillet under the coat:
- Chicken fillet – 2 pcs;
- Salt – 1.5 tsp;
- Dried garlic – 1/2 tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- Onions – 50 g;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Sour cream – 200 g;
- Dried green onions – tbsp;
- Breadcrumbs – 3 tbsp.
Preparation of chicken fillet under the coat:
Cut chicken fillet into small pieces, about 2×3 cm. Pour to the chicken fillet a spoonful of salt, dried garlic, add ground black pepper to taste. Pour
vegetable oil to the chicken fillet, thoroughly mix the spices with the meat.
Place the meat in a baking dish in an even layer. Cut onions into rings, lay
them
on top of the meat layer.
To prepare the filling, break eggs in a bowl, add sour cream to them, pour salt, dried green onions and breadcrumbs.
After mixing the components, pour the filling into the mold to the meat.
Send the dish to bake in the oven at 200 degrees for half an hour.
In order not to form a burnt crust, you can cover the surface of the casserole with foil and remove it 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
