Ingredients for roasted vegetables and meat:
- Chicken breast – 400 g;
- Onions – 100 g;
- Carrots – 100 g;
- Potatoes – 500 g;
- Vegetable oil – 30 g;
- Soy sauce – 30 g;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Paprika – tsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of roasted vegetables and meat:
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, cover with food film. To prepare the sauce, combine vegetable oil with soy sauce and paprika in a bowl.
Press garlic cloves through a press, put into the sauce and mix. Cut onions into half rings, carrots and potatoes into half circles.
In a bowl combine vegetables with meat and sauce, salt and mix the components thoroughly. We divide the resulting mass into 4 equal parts.
We put each part in a separate sheet of parchment, wrap and tie the ends with bundles.
Place a couple of such cullets with vegetable mixture in a frying pan, fry on medium heat under a lid for 15 minutes.
Be sure to fry the side without a seam first.
Then turn the cullet over, fry similarly under a lid, but for 10 minutes.
