Ingredients for dumplings:

- potato broth – 200 ml;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- sugar – tsp;
- quick yeast – 7 g;
- flour – 450 g;
- vegetable oil – tbsp;
- eggs – pcs.
Cooking puffs:
Boil peeled potatoes in unsalted water until tender. Leave the potato broth after cooking, cool down together with potatoes. Mash
the potatoes to a mashed state, pour salt and beat an egg, mix. Pour sugar and yeast into the mashed potatoes, mix and pour in the warm potato broth.
Gradually sift flour into the potato mixture, knead the dough first with a spatula, then with your hands. Coat the
dough
with vegetable oil and leave it under a towel for 30-40 minutes.
Knead the dough again and divide it into small portions.
Cover the dough with cellophane and leave it for 5-7 minutes. In the meantime, heat 700 ml of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.
Put the koloboks in the oil at a distance from each other, as they will increase in size. Drizzle the top of the puffs with vegetable oil using a spoon.
Fry on each side until golden. Prepare the other rolls in the same way.
After cooking, transfer the dumplings to a paper towel. This way, most of the oil drains from the baked goods and the dumplings will be free of oily flavor.
