Ingredients:

  • egg – 1 pc;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp;
  • salt – 0.5 tsp;
  • kefir (2.5%) – 500 ml;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
  • baking soda – 2/3 tsp;
  • flour – 400 g;
  • apples – 3 pieces (medium);
  • vegetable oil – for frying.

Preparation:

In a bowl we break an egg, put sugar and salt, mix everything thoroughly with a whisk or fork. Then add kefir, oil, flour and baking soda to the mixture.

Cut apples into small cubes, previously cleaned from the peel and core. Put the apple slices in a bowl and mix with the dough.
