Ingredients for chicken cutlets:
- Chicken breast – 800 g;
- water – 1 liter;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- carrots – 1 pcs;
- onion – 1 pcs.;
- black pepper – 10 peas;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- sour cream – 2 tablespoons;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- flour – 2 tbsp;
- mustard – 0.5 tsp;
- dried garlic – 0.5 tsp;
- paprika – 1 tsp;
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp.
Preparation of chicken cutlets:
Boil chicken breast in salted water with onion and carrots, peppercorns. After boiling under a lid cook the breast for 15-20 minutes.
Cut the boiled chicken breast into plates of small thickness. To prepare the batter break eggs in a bowl, put sour cream and mustard, dry garlic, paprika and Italian herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the components for the batter, pour in the flour, mix. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry garlic in the oil for a couple of minutes for flavor
