In the summer period, dishes from zucchini are especially in demand. The fact is that this vegetable is grown by many people at the dacha. However, after zucchini is ripe, some do not really understand how to use it in cooking.
Initially, it may seem that zucchini is not a tasty vegetable.
Stereotypes about the useless zucchini have outlived themselves. Now from this useful vegetable you can make a lot of interesting appetizers. It is worth showing how to make zucchini roll “Zakusochny”.
Ingredients for roll “Zakusochny”:
- zucchini – 3 pcs;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- salt – tsp;
- flour – 150 g;
- dill – a bunch;
- cottage cheese – 3 tbsp;
- mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- tomato – 2 pcs.
Preparation of roll “Snack”:
Young zucchini do not peel from the skin, unlike the later harvest. Shred the zucchini on small grater cutters. Get rid of the zucchini mass from excess liquid.
Shinkuem finely dill, mix with zucchini mass. Break eggs into the zucchini mixture, salt and mix until homogeneous.
