Potatoes are now considered one of the most basic products that are constantly available in the homes of most of the inhabitants of our country. However, potatoes were not always so relevant to the inhabitants of our country.

Ingredients for potato web:
- potatoes – 800 g;
- dried garlic – ½ tsp;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- turmeric – ½ tsp;
- oregano – ⅓ tsp;
- dried parsley – a pinch;
- vegetable oil – 6 tbsp;
- cheese – 60 g.
Preparation of potato web:
Peeled potatoes cut into small cubes. Mix the potatoes with salt, dried garlic, oregano, turmeric and dried parsley.
Pour vegetable oil to the potato cubes, mix the ingredients again. Shred the cheese on small grating cutters.
Put the cheese to the potato cubes, stir.
Cover the baking tray with parchment, lay the potatoes in cheese on the surface in an even layer. Bake potatoes in the oven at 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
This dish got its name because the melted cheese on the potatoes reminds visually a thin web. The dish goes well with meat and chicken, as well as vegetables.
