Baked fish is a tasty and healthy dish as it contains many nutrients such as proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.

Fish baked with vegetables can be a complete lunch or dinner. It is easily digested and does not create a feeling of heaviness. Let’s prepare baked fish in our kitchen.
Ingredients for baked fish:
- Mint – 4 pcs;
- Onion – 3 pcs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Black pepper – ⅓ tsp;
- Dried garlic – a pinch;
- Provence herbs – a pinch;
- Paprika – a pinch.
Preparation of baked fish:
Cleaned fish cut into small pieces, rinse thoroughly. Put the fish in a baking form, salt, pepper, sprinkle with dried garlic and paprika.
Rub the spices into the fibers of the fish, leave it under a food film for 30 minutes to marinate. Cut onions in half rings, put them on a baking tray greased with vegetable oil.
Put the fish on the onion pillow, cover with parchment soaked in water.
Bake the fish at 190 degrees for 35 minutes.
Then remove the parchment and bake for another 5 minutes.
The result is a delicious juicy fish with onions. This dish can be served with vegetables on the side, so pollock will be even healthier.
