Zucchini can be cooked deliciously in both fried and baked form. Unfortunately, not all people perceive well dishes from zucchini. What is the reason for such a strong rejection of zucchini viands?
Probably, the dislike occurs because of the taste of zucchini. With improper preparation of this vegetable, the flavor will be very specific. It
is also recommended to choose zucchini young, from the bed. Later zucchini do not have the same flavor as young ones.
Let’s provide a recipe for baked zucchini.
Ingredients for baked zucchini:
- Zucchini – 500 g;
- Salt – 1/2 tsp;
- Dried garlic – 1 tsp;
- Smoked paprika – 1 tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- Cheese – 80 g;
- Dill – a bunch;
- Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp.
Preparation of baked zucchini:
Peel zucchini from the skin with a vegetable peeler. Cut zucchini
into
rings, about cm thick.
Put zucchini in a deep container, sprinkle with salt, dried garlic, paprika. Pour vegetable oil over zucchini, mix thoroughly with spices.
Shred cheese on large grating cutters, finely chop dill. Mix cheese with dill and mayonnaise.
Cover a baking tray with parchment, lay out zucchini in spices on the surface. Bake zucchini in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Next, put the cheese filling on the zucchini, send them to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
