There is no product that you can’t bake in the oven or stove. For this reason, there are many casseroles in the world. Each country has its own type of casserole that reflects the culture of the people. For example, in England they make pudding and in Italy they make lasagna. These dishes are a variation of casserole, since they have a similar method of preparation.
For us, the most famous casserole is considered cottage cheese casserole

But, it is not the only one that is in the USSR recipe book. Not everyone knows that you can make a casserole with zucchini.
Ingredients for zucchini casserole:
- Zucchini – 3 pcs;
- Salt – tsp;
- Stuffing – 500 g;
- Carrots – pcs;
- Onion – pcs.;
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- Dill – bundle;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Cheese – 150 g.
Preparation of zucchini casserole:
Remove the stalks from zucchini, shred on large sharps grater. Salt the zucchini mixture, squeeze off excess liquid. Grate
carrots, chop finely onions

Put the chopped vegetables to the zucchini mixture along with the minced meat.
Crush and finely chop garlic, put it in a bowl with minced meat and vegetable mixture. Break eggs, sprinkle with ground black pepper and chopped dill.
Thoroughly mix all the components, lay out in a mold for baking.
Cook minced meat with zucchini in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour. At this time, grate cheese, sprinkle it over the finished dish.
Send the casserole to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
