Let’s tell you how to prepare a chocolate cake on your own.
Ingredients:
- flour – 200 g;
- sugar – 200 g;
- milk – 250 ml;
- cocoa powder – 25 g;
- vegetable oil – 80 ml;
- salt -1/3h.l;
- baking soda -1/2 tsp;
- vinegar 9% – 1 tbsp.
Ingredients for the cream:
- boiled condensed milk – 180 g;
- 20% sour cream – 2 tbsp.
Preparation:
In a bowl combine flour with granulated sugar, salt and cocoa powder. Mix the bulk ingredients, pour in the milk and vegetable oil, stir.
Using a blender knead the biscuit dough without lumps

Gradually pour vinegar and baking soda into the dough, mix thoroughly.
Cover a baking tray with parchment, pour the dough on the surface, level the bottom.
Bake the biscuit at 180 degrees in the oven for a maximum of 15 minutes.
After baking remove the uneven edges of the biscuit with a knife. While the biscuit is cooling, whip condensed milk and sour cream with a mixer until creamy.
Cut the biscuit into several identical cakes

Smear the top of each crust with cream, assemble a three-layer cake.
Cover the sides of the cake with cream.
Chop the crust trimmings in a blender and sprinkle the crumbs over the cake. Leave the cake for a couple of hours in the refrigerator for soaking.
You can serve the cake immediately, however, it will not be so soaked.
