Ingredients for Korean carrots:

  • carrots – 1 kg;
  • salt – 1 tsp;
  • refined vegetable oil – 5 tbsp;
  • onion – 1 pc;
  • sugar – 1.5 tbsp;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • ground coriander – 3 tsp;
  • ground black pepper – 1 tsp;
  • red hot pepper – 1/3 tsp;
  • ground sweet paprika – 1 tsp;
  • soy sauce – 4 tbsp;
  • 9% vinegar – 35 ml;
  • sesame seeds – 1 tsp.

Preparation of Korean carrots:

Grate the peeled carrots on a Korean-style grater. Salt the carrots and mix thoroughly, leave for 30 minutes.

Knead the carrots, get rid of excess juice.

Transfer the carrots to a separate bowl, pour sugar to it, skip garlic cloves
