  • flour – 160 g;
  • apples – 2 pcs.

Preparation of fritters:

Break eggs into a bowl, pour vanilla and a couple spoons of classic sugar, salt. Pour kefir into the egg mixture and mix thoroughly until the grains of sand dissolve

. Pour baking soda into the mixture, stir. Add cottage cheese to the egg mixture, knead it into the mixture. Pour the flour into the curd mixture, knead the dough.

Peel and core the apples, cut into small cubes

Fry apples in butter, sprinkle with sugar. Stew the apples in the pan for 3-4 minutes.
