Ingredients for snail bun:
- flour – 800 g;
- yeast – 5 g;
- salt – 10 g;
- milk – 500 ml;
- beef – 500 g;
- onion – 100 g;
- butter;
- egg yolk – pcs.
Preparation of snail buns:
In a bowl with flour pour 5 grams of yeast and the same amount of salt. Pour the milk into the flour and knead an elastic and soft dough.
Seal the dough in cling film and leave it warm for 10 minutes. For the filling, chop the meat and onion finely, mix with salt and black pepper.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, form the rolls.
Roll out all the rolls into thin tortillas, grease with melted butter
. Put meat and onion stuffing on each tortilla

Wrap the stuffing into the tortillas, sealing the meat inside.
Roll each roll into a snail, kneading lightly with a rolling pin.
Place the snails on a baking tray lined with parchment

each snail with egg yolk and milk.
Bake the snails at 185 degrees for 35-40 minutes. As a
