I don’t make pies anymore. I take potatoes and cook them according to the Turkish Chef’s recipe.

The potato as a tasty and useful vegetable, had a rather difficult relationship with the people from medieval Europe. For uneducated people, potatoes could turn into a terrible poison in an instant. From Biology lessons we know that potato flowers have a strong poisonous substance in their composition. For this reason, Europeans in the 17th century were dying from exposure to potatoes. is good that now we are more aware of potatoes and their useful properties. Let’s make a delicious potato and minced potato dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients for a dinner of potatoes and minced meat:

  • minced meat – 350 g;
  • quail eggs – 4 pcs;
  • potatoes – 800 g;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • onion – pcs.;
  • chicken egg – pcs.

Preparing a dinner of potatoes and minced meat:

Boil the potatoes until ready, previously getting rid of the peel. After cooking potatoes, together with the egg knead it to a mashed state. Do not forget to salt the mashed potatoes to taste.

Divide the mashed potatoes into 8 equal parts, form small lumps. Grate one onion, integrate it together with salt into the mince, mix the components.
