- Potato broth – 200 ml;
- Sugar – 1 tbsp;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Yeast – 10 g;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Green onion – 1 bundle;
- Vegetable oil – 20 ml;
- Cheese;
- Sausage.
Preparation:
Boil the peeled and sliced potatoes until ready, knead to a mashed state. Break an egg into the mashed potatoes, pour in potato broth, salt and pour sugar and yeast, mix thoroughly.
Shred green onions and pour them into the mashed potatoes

Pour in the flour and knead a soft and sticky dough.
Leave the dough under a food film for 30 minutes.
Knead the dough and place it on a table sprinkled with flour. Divide the dough into small balls, roll them out into thick cakes.
Chop the sausage finely, grate the cheese and put it in the middle of each flatbread.
Seal the filling inside the dough. Fry the patties on both sides until browned in hot vegetable oil in a frying pan.
