Ingredients:
- zucchini – 800 g;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- salt -⅓ tsp;
- dill – a bunch;
- egg – 1 pcs;
- mayonnaise – 1 tbsp;
- flour – 5 tbsp;
- leavening agent – 1 tsp.
Preparation of zucchini fritters:
