Ingredients for beet salad:
- Boiled beets – 1 pc;
- Boiled chicken breast – 1 piece;
- Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs;
- Garlic – 1 clove;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- Parsley – a bunch.
Preparation of beet salad:
Boiled beets are peeled and cut into small cubes, similarly cut cooked chicken breast. Chop
finely pickled cucumbers, combine in one bowl with beets and breast.
Pass a clove of garlic through the press, sprinkle to taste
with
ground black pepper on the salad.
Water the salad with vegetable oil, shrink parsley into it and mix.
As a result, we get a juicy beet salad.
For flavor it is worth using unrefined vegetable oil.
