There is a lot of speculation about when the first soup appeared. Initially, it was not customary to prepare this first dish of vegetables with the addition of meat. These products were well consumed outside the soup. Therefore, the liquid dish was cooked mainly from cereals. Ancient soup was a thick medley without spices, salt and vegetables.

Only after a certain period of time people came to the concept of a more nourishing and tasty soup. Probably, in addition to grain, tribes began to throw various roots and vegetables into the cauldron. People liked the result of the experiment. This served as a further move to create recipes for soups.

Ingredients for chicken soup:

  • chicken thighs – 4 pcs;
  • carrots – 2 pcs;
  • onion – 2 pcs;
  • bay leaf – 2 pcs;
  • butter – 30 g;
  • green pepper – pcs;
  • garlic – clove;
  • water – 200 ml;
  • flour – 2 tbsp;
  • pasta – 100 g;
  • salt – tsp.

Preparation of chicken soup:

Peel one carrot, cut into circles, onions are chopped with half-rings. In a saucepan put the washed thighs, carrots, ½ of the onion rings and bay leaves. Pour water into the pot, on medium heat under a lid bring the products in the liquid to a boil

. After the soup boils, you need to reduce the fire to a minimum. So cook vegetables and meat for half an hour with the lid slightly ajar. The broth should then be strained from vegetables and meat.

In a saucepan melt butter, chop carrots on medium grated teeth. Fry in butter carrots, the second part of the onion rings. While the vegetables are softening in the oil, remove the pepper from the insides, cut into small cubes.

Add the pepper to the fried carrots and onions, stew over medium heat for 7 minutes. Press the garlic clove through the press, integrate into the fried vegetables and mix.

Also to the vegetables pour 200 ml of water, broth and a few spoonfuls of flour. Well mix the products with the liquid, continue cooking on the fire. Chicken legs are divided into meat fibers, removing the veins and bone.
