At times, making a sponge cake seems difficult. Then people resort to store-bought cakes or less difficult recipes. However, if you look on the vastness of the Internet, there are many entertaining ways to prepare cakes. We know how to make biscuits in the oven, in a multivark and even in a frying pan. Today we will tell you about the simplest and no less delicious variant of cooking biscuits in a frying pan.
Ingredients for the biscuit:
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- flour – 90 g;
- sugar – 90 g;
- vanilla sugar;
- salt – a pinch.
Preparation of the biscuit:
Break three chicken eggs at room temperature into a deep bowl. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar to taste. Using a mixer on low speed beat the eggs.
When the eggs are white and leave a trace from the whisk, start adding the flour. Pour half of the sifted flour and stir with a whisk. Then add the other half of the flour.
Note that we do not add baking soda and leavening agent, the biscuit will rise without these ingredients. So the dessert will turn out delicious and natural. The
pan is covered with oiled or silicone parchment. If there is no such parchment, you can grease the usual parchment with butter
. Transfer the dough to the pan. To evenly distribute the product, lower a wooden stick into the center and move spirally to the edges.
Put the pan on the stove and cover tightly with a lid

If there is a hole in the lid, cover the top with a towel.
Bake for 20 minutes without lifting the lid.
Then turn over, placing new parchment under the bottom. Wipe off the condensation from the lid and bake the biscuit for 7-10 minutes.
Check for doneness with a toothpick.
