Ingredients for cutlets:
- Stuffing – kg;
- Bread – 120 g;
- Onion – 2 pcs;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp;
- Salt – tsp.
Preparation of cutlets:
Pour water into a bowl with bread, wait for the crumb and crust to get wet. Cut a small dice of onion, pass through the press garlic cloves.
Squeeze the bread from excess moisture, put in a container to the onion and garlic. Beat the mixture to homogeneity with an immersion blender.
Put minced meat into the thick porridge, salt and sprinkle with ground black pepper. Mix the components into a homogeneous mass, from which we form cutlets.
Place the cutlets on a baking tray lined with parchment. Grease each cutlet with vegetable oil, bake at 190 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes.
You can serve the cutlets with salad or mashed potatoes.
