Ingredients for chicken for dinner:
- potatoes – 500 g;
- egg – 3 pcs;
- chicken breast – 3 pcs;
- cheese – 50 g;
- flour – 100 g;
- vegetable oil – 100 ml.
Cooking chicken for dinner:
Peel the potatoes from the peel and grate them on large grater cutters. To the potato mass break an egg, pour salt and black pepper to taste, mix the components.
In the chicken breasts make cuts so that two thin steaks are obtained, connected to each other. Cut the cheese into 3 equal plates, put a plate each in the chicken fillet.
Cover one part of the chicken fillet with the second, leaving the cheese inside. Cover the chicken with plastic wrap and baste well.
Sprinkle the chicken meat with spices and salt to taste.
Break a couple of eggs in a separate bowl, beat them.
Dip the chicken steaks first in the egg mixture, then in the
flour.
From ½ of the potato mixture form 3 flatbreads, on which put the steaks.
Cover the top of the steaks with the rest of the potato
mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the steaks on both sides until golden.
Transfer the steaks into a baking dish and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
