Ingredients for zucchini fritters:
- Zucchini – pcs;
- Salt – tsp;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Sour cream – 150 g;
- Flour – 4 tbsp;
- Cheese – 50 g.
Preparation of zucchini fritters:
Remove the stalk from the zucchini and cut it into thin rings. Put the zucchini rings in a bowl, sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of salt. Leave the zucchini rings for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, beat eggs with salt, add sour cream. Mix the ingredients, pour in flour.
Grate cheese finely on a grater, add together with flour to the mixture of eggs and sour cream, mix thoroughly.
Remove water from zucchini rings, coat each in flour and then in the mixture of eggs and sour cream.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry zucchini fritters on medium heat until golden on both sides.
