Ingredients for baked potatoes:
- potatoes – 500 g;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- butter – 50 g;
- Provencal herbs – tsp.
Preparation of baked potatoes:
Peel the potatoes and cut into circles 4-5 mm thick. Similarly cut onions into rings in a separate bowl.
Sprinkle the potatoes with Provencal herbs and salt. In the microwave, melt butter, pour it on the potatoes, mix the components.
In a baking mold, place a layer of onion rings. Sprinkle onion rings with ground black pepper if desired.
On the pillow of onion rings overlap the potatoes. Cover the mold with foil, bake at 180 degrees in the oven for half an hour.
As a result, we have baked potatoes on an onion pillow.
