Therefore, cooks are constantly inventing many technologies for frying and baking different types of fish.

For the average person without cooking skills, cooking some types of fish becomes a challenge. However, this does not mean that cooking fish is taboo for most.

We will tell you a simple way to cook pollock deliciously and juicy.

Ingredients for fried pollock:

  • Pollock – 1200 g;
  • Salt – 1 tsp;
  • Hmeli-suneli – 1 tsp;
  • Seasoning for fish – 1 tsp;
  • Eggs – 2 pcs;
  • Flour – 3 tbsp.

Cooking fried pollock:

Clean the fish from gills, skin and excess bones, innards, rinse thoroughly. Cut pollock into small pieces, in a bowl mix with salt, hopeli-suneli and seasoning for fish.

Break eggs to the fish, mix the components. Cover the pieces of pollock with a lid and marinate in eggs for 20 minutes.

Then sprinkle the fish pieces with flour, mix again.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, lay the fish on the surface.

Fry pollock on both sides to a golden crust for 7-10 minutes on medium heat under a lid.
