Mackerel is a very useful fish that you should definitely include in your diet. The fact is that mackerel has a lot of vitamins and minerals. For example, the fish is rich in Omega-3 acids, vitamins B, A, D, E, C and K. Mackerel is full of trace elements such as phosphorus, calcium and magnesium.

Fish has a good effect on the cardiovascular system, as well as reduces blood sugar levels and stimulates brain activity. Therefore, mackerel should be eaten at least once a week.

Let’s tell you how to bake mackerel deliciously.

Ingredients for baked mackerel:

  • mackerel – 2 pcs;
  • salt – 1.5 tsp;
  • coriander – 1 tsp;
  • dry garlic – 1 tsp;
  • paprika – 1 tsp;
  • potatoes – 3 pcs;
  • red pepper – pcs;
  • carrots – pcs;
  • onion – pcs.;
  • black pepper – a pinch;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.

Preparation of baked mackerel:

Remove the mackerel head and tail, insides, make incisions across the carcass. Mix salt with coriander, dry garlic and paprika in a separate bowl.
