It’s hard to imagine life without sweets. Many children, having tasted chocolate or candy for the first time, quickly become attached to it. One word – “dessert” in our minds sounds like something sweet, containing a lot of sugar. It’s time to give that up. We have a great recipe for a treat without using this product.
A great option for those who want a sweet dessert, but are trying to watch their health and refuse white sugar.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 350 gr;
- sour cream – 100 g;
- water – 100 ml;
- dried cranberries – 70 g;
- stewed plums – 100 g;
- apricots – 100 g;
- walnuts – 100 g;
- hazelnuts – 100 g;
- gelatin – 20 g.
Preparation:
Put apricots, dried cranberries and dried plums in separate saucers. Pour boiling water on top. Rinse and drain excess water. Put the ingredients on a kitchen towel. Wait for a while and finely chop.
Add 20 grams of instant gelatin to 100 ml of water. Stir with a spoon
. Put the walnuts and hazelnuts in a frying pan. Roast on medium heat until golden.
Put cottage cheese in a cooking bowl, combine with sour cream, use a blender
.
Mix the contents with the mixture of water and gelatin. Stir with a whisk.
Add nuts, apricots, plums and cranberries. Stir with a spatula.
For the mold, take an empty juice or milk carton. Cut off the top part where the lid is located. Place the blank in the box, periodically tapping the table to evenly distribute the contents.
Cover with a plastic bag and send to the refrigerator for 2 hours. Cut open the box and carefully remove our product.
In the cut the dessert looks great and tastes just as good! Use it!
