Ingredients for apple roll:
- apples – 6 pcs;
- condensed milk – 380 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- salt – ⅓ tsp;
- baking soda – ½ tsp;
- flour – 150 g.
Preparation of apple roll:
Apples need to be peeled and chopped on small sharps grater. The baking tray (30×40 cm) is covered with parchment, lay out the chopped apple on the surface. In the oven, bake the apple mass at 180 degrees for 6 minutes.
In a bowl with condensed milk, beat the eggs, salt and mix thoroughly. Gradually sift flour into the condensed milk, knead the dough.
Pour baking soda into the dough, pour lemon juice, mix the components. Pour the baked apple mass over the dough, evenly distribute the mixture on the baking tray.
Bake the biscuit for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. After baking, roll the layer into a roll without waiting for it to cool.
