Beets are one of the most useful vegetables on the planet. The medicinal properties of beets were written about as far back as Babylon. Then the vegetable was actually used as a medicine, even forbidden to eat.

Ingredients for beet salad:
- boiled beets – pcs;
- garlic – clove;
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- coriander – tsp;
- black pepper – ½ tsp;
- salt – ⅓ tsp;
- boiled egg – pcs;
- cheese – 40 g;
- dill – bundle;
- green peas – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of beet salad:
We peel the boiled beet and rub it on the small sharps of a grater. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with coriander, ground black pepper and salt. Press the garlic through the press and add it to the sauce, then
pour ⅓ of the sauce over the beet mixture. Grate a hard-boiled egg on a coarse grater and put it on the beet as the next layer, smear with sauce.
Grate cheese on a fine grater and put it on the egg layer, smear with sauce. Put peas on the cheese layer and the rest of beet on the peas layer.
