Ingredients for potato tortillas:
- Potatoes – 450 g;
- Egg – pcs;
- Salt – ⅓ tsp;
- Ground black pepper – a pinch;
- Cheese – 80 g;
- Green onions – 35 g;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of potato cakes:
Peel the potatoes and chop them on large grater sharps. In a separate bowl break an egg, add salt and black pepper, beat. Grate
cheese finely, chop green onions

Put the onion and cheese into the egg mixture, stir.
Remove the potato mass from excess moisture, divide into two equal parts. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, lay out and evenly distribute a part of the potatoes.
On a layer of potatoes lay a layer of cheese and onions, cover with the rest of the potato mass.
Under a lid on medium heat, fry the flatbread on one side for 10 minutes.
Then carefully turn the tortilla over to the second side with the help of a plate. Fry the second side of the flatbread without the lid for 5-7 minutes.
The result is a potato tortilla with cheese. This is a good breakfast dish, prepared quickly and from simple ingredients.
